The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for high-performance timing applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device features a typcal phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, and supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. It integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and offers programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. The part supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling options.
