The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package options of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It provides typ 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter from 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The device supports output signaling types including LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL, integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise, and offers programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. Its DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies enable high resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
