The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications, featuring ±0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C and is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and supports programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. It is offered with LVDS output signaling (2) and a 3.2 x 2.5 mm package (B), with a 2.5 V supply (25), and a ±25 ppm pull range (25). Output Enable functionality is not available in this package configuration.
