It delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, it integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and employs DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for immunity to environmental disturbances.
