The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package options of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It offers ±15 ppm frequency stability, 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and features programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. Output signaling includes LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL options.
