The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It supports industry-standard packages in 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm sizes, and operates across extended industrial temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. The device features frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. Integrated on-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO, and it provides LVPECL, LVDS, or HCSL output signaling.
