It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and is available in 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm packages. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and features a pull range of ±200 ppm.
