It operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and supports industry-standard package sizes of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for immunity to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
