The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications, offering factory-programmable frequency, stability, voltage, output signaling, and pull range. It supports industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, with frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and typcial phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. Operating temperature ranges extend from -40°C to 105°C, and it integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. The device uses SiTime's DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for immunity to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
