The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package sizes of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, ultra-low jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth), and pull range options up to ±3200 ppm. The device operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. Output signaling supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL formats. Packaging options include center-pad variants for larger sizes, and the part supports output enable functionality in 5.0 x 3.2 mm and 7.0 x 5.0 mm packages.
