The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications requiring precise timing in noisy environments. It supports industry-standard packages in 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm sizes, operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, and delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. The device offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and includes programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm, with LVDS output signaling and a 3.0 V power supply.
