The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO offering 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, with frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and support for operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. The device supports LVDS signaling, a 3.3 V supply, and provides pull range options up to ±3200 ppm, with built-in output enable functionality in the 5.0 x 3.2 mm and 7.0 x 5.0 mm packages.
