The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications, featuring ±15 ppm frequency stability, 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and operation from -40°C to 105°C. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, with LVDS output signaling and a 2.8 V power supply. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies to resist environmental disturbances.
