The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package options of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, a wide pull range up to ±3200 ppm, and typifies 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C, and it integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise without requiring an external LDO.
