The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications, featuring ±15 ppm frequency stability, 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typ) from 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and support for LVDS signaling. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and is available in 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm packages with integrated power supply noise filtering. The part includes an output enable function and supports a pull range of ±90 ppm.
