The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, offering 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and supports programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. It features LVPECL, LVDS, or HCSL output signaling, and includes an output enable function in 7.0 x 5.0 mm and 5.0 x 3.2 mm packages.
