The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO offering ultralow jitter with 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications. It supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and operates across temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. The device is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm and integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise. It provides selectable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm and supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL signaling schemes.
