The SiT2044B is a 1 to 110 MHz LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator with a 5-pin SOT23-5 package measuring 2.9 × 2.8 mm, designed for high-reliability applications requiring extreme environmental resilience. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and is AEC-Q100 qualified for Grade 1. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with a typical current consumption of 3.8 mA at 1.8 V and 4.0 mA at 2.25 V to 3.63 V, and features an acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g. Frequency stability is specified as low as ±20 ppm over temperature, voltage, and aging. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, Halogen-free, and Antimony-free.
