The SiT2024B is an automotive-grade oscillator compliant with AEC-Q100, designed for extreme temperature environments up to 125°C. It operates from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm and features a 5-pin SOT23-5 package measuring 2.9 x 2.8 mm. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, consumes 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V, and provides LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible output. It has a G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g and meets RoHS, REACH, and halogen-free standards. Operating temperature range options include AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-55°C to 125°C), Grade 2 (-40°C to 105°C), and Grade 3 (-40°C to 85°C).
