The SiT2024B is an automotive-grade oscillator compliant with AEC-Q100, designed for high-reliability applications such as powertrain control and in-vehicle networking. It operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and supports output frequencies between 1 MHz and 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm. The device is packaged in a 5-pin SOT23-5 measuring 2.9 mm × 2.8 mm, and operates from a supply voltage of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, drawing 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V.
