The SiT2024B is an automotive-grade AEC-Q100 compliant oscillator in a 5-pin SOT23-5 package measuring 2.9 mm by 2.8 mm, designed for extreme temperature environments up to 125°C. It operates from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V. The device features LVCMOS/LVTTL output, typi-cal current consumption of 3.8 mA at 1.8 V, and industry-best G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g. It meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 with extended temperature range and is RoHS, REACH, Pb-free, Halogen-free, and Antimony-free compliant.
