The SiT2024B is an automotive-grade oscillator compliant with AEC-Q100, designed for high-reliability applications such as infotainment, powertrain control, and in-vehicle networking. It is packaged in a 5-pin SOT23-5 measuring 2.9 × 2.8 mm and operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, delivers a frequency accuracy of up to 6 decimal places between 1 MHz and 110 MHz, and maintains total frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm. It consumes 3.8 mA typical current at 1.8 V, features LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible output with a duty cycle of 45% to 55%, and exhibits industry-leading G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g. The oscillator is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, and halogen-free.
