The SiT2024B is an automotive-grade oscillator meeting AEC-Q100 requirements, designed for high-reliability applications in extreme temperature environments. It is housed in a 5-pin SOT23-5 package measuring 2.9 mm by 2.8 mm. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, operates over extended temperatures from -55°C to 125°C, and offers frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm. It provides an LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible output with a typical current consumption of 3.8 mA at 1.8 V and an industry-best G-sensitivity of 0.1 PPB/G.
