The SiT2024B is an automotive-grade oscillator meeting AEC-Q100 qualification with extended temperature range from -55°C to 125°C, designed for high-reliability applications such as infotainment, powertrain control, and in-vehicle networking. It is packaged in a 5-pin SOT23-5 measuring 2.9 × 2.8 mm and operates with supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V. The device offers frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm, G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g, and typical current consumption of 3.8 mA at 1.8 V. It provides LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible output with a frequency range from 1 MHz to 110 MHz, and complies with RoHS, REACH, and is Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
