The SiT2024B is an automotive-grade oscillator certified to AEC-Q100 with extended temperature operation from -55°C to 125°C, designed for high-reliability applications such as powertrain control and in-vehicle networking. It features a 5-pin SOT23-5 package measuring 2.9 mm × 2.8 mm, supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, and offers output frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm. The device consumes 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V, provides LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible output, and has an industry-best G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, and halogen-free.
