The SiT2020B is a single-chip oscillator with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and a frequency range of 1 MHz to 110 MHz, accurate to six decimal places. It features a 5-pin SOT23-5 package measuring 2.9 mm x 2.8 mm, operates on supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. Output is LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible with ±20 ppm frequency stability inclusive of initial tolerance, aging, temperature, and load variations. It meets RoHS and REACH compliance and is qualified for automotive applications through SiT2024 and SiT2025 variants. The device is designed for ruggedized environments and supports EpiSeal MEMS technology for enhanced reliability.
