The SiT2001B is a single-chip SOT23-5 oscillator with a frequency range of 1 MHz to 110 MHz and operation from -40°C to 85°C. It has a frequency stability of ±20 ppm, maximum current consumption of 4.5 mA at 20 MHz and 2.8 V, and a start-up time of 5 ms. The output is LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible with duty cycle between 45% and 55%, rise and fall times up to 2.0 ns, and output voltage levels referenced to supply voltage. The package measures 2.9 mm by 2.8 mm and is Pb-free, RoHS, and REACH compliant. Supply voltage ranges from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. RMS period jitter is 3 ps at 75 MHz, peak-to-peak period jitter is 20 ps, and phase jitter is 0.9 ps over 900 kHz to 7.5 MHz bandwidth. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 environmental standards.
