The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It supports 52 standard frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, with frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Operates from a supply voltage of 1.62 V to 3.63 V with typical current consumption of 3.5 mA at 1.8 V and 27 MHz. Features include a 5 ms startup time, standby mode with current as low as 0.6 µA, and RoHS, REACH, Pb-free, Halogen-free, and Antimony-free compliance.
