The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It supports 52 standard frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. The device offers frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm, a 5 ms startup time, and standby current as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V. It is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The part is RoHS and REACH compliant, with a supply voltage range of 1.62 V to 3.63 V and includes output enable and standby modes.
