The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator offering 52 fixed frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz XO devices. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm, and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. It consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, features a 5 ms startup time, and includes standby mode for reduced power consumption. The device outputs LVCMOS/HCMOS signals and is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm.
