SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator offering 52 frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, with ±20 ppm frequency stability over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, draws 3.5 mA typical current at 1.8 V, and includes standby mode consuming less than 1.3 µA. With a 5 ms startup time and LVCMOS/HCMOS output, it is available in industry-standard packages of 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, and meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 standards.
