The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It operates from 3.57 MHz to 77.76 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and supply voltage from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. Typical current consumption is 3.5 mA at 1.8 V and 20 MHz. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C. Standby current is as low as 0.6 µA and startup time is 5 ms. Available in industry-standard packages: 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. RoHS and REACH compliant. Meets MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 standards.
