The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It supports 52 standard frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and accepts supply voltages between 1.62 V and 3.63 V. Typical current consumption is 3.5 mA at 1.8 V with no load.
