The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator offering 52 frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, with ±20 ppm frequency stability over -40°C to 85°C operation and a typical supply current of 3.5 mA at 1.8 V. It supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, features LVCMOS/HCMOS output, a 5 ms startup time, and standby mode with currents as low as 0.6 μa. Available in industry-standard package sizes including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it is RoHS and REACH compliant, and pin-compatible with quartz XOs. Jitter is specified at 1.8 ps RMS at 75 MHz under standard conditions. The part requires a 0.1 μF decoupling capacitor between Vdd and GND.
