The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS output, designed for applications such as USB, SATA, Ethernet, and portable electronics. It supports 52 standard frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, and accepts a supply voltage from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. Typical current consumption is 3.5 mA at 1.8 V. The device features a 5 ms startup time, standby mode with current as low as 0.6 µA, and ±20 ppm frequency stability.
