The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It is available in industry-standard package sizes including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. It consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, features a 5 ms startup time, and includes standby mode with current as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V. The oscillator meets RoHS and REACH compliance and is rated for mechanical shock and vibration per MIL-STD-883F and temperature cycling per JESD22.
