The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It operates from -40°C to 85°C and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. Typical current consumption is 3.5 mA at 1.8 V, with standby current as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V. It features a 5 ms startup time and five industry-standard package sizes ranging from 2.0 x 1.6 mm to 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Frequency stability is specified as ±20 ppm and ±50 ppm over temperature and aging. RoHS, REACH, Pb-free, Halogen-free, and Antimony-free compliant. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C standards.
