The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz XO devices. It operates over a frequency range of 3.57 MHz to 77.76 MHz with frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm and supports an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V and offers standby current as low as 0.6 µA. It features a 5 ms startup time and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. Available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It is RoHS, REACH, Pb-free, Halogen-free, and Antimony-free compliant.
