The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It is available in industry-standard packages: 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It supports 52 frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and requires a supply voltage of 1.62 V to 3.63 V. Typical current consumption is 3.5 mA at 1.8 V, with a 5 ms startup time and standby current as low as 0.6 µA. It meets RoHS and REACH compliance, and is qualified for mechanical shock, vibration, temperature cycling, and moisture sensitivity level MSL1. A 0.1 µF decoupling capacitor between Vdd and GND is required.
