Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C, with a typical supply current of 3.5 mA at 1.8 V and standby current as low as 0.6 μa. It features a 5 ms startup time, frequency stability of ±20 ppm, and operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V.
