The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It is available in industry-standard packages including 3.2 x 2.5 mm and supports 52 standard frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and consumes 3.5 mA typical current at 1.8 V supply voltage. It features standby mode, 5 ms startup time, and operates continuously across supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. The part is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
