The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz XOs. It is available in industry-standard package sizes of 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, it supports 52 fixed frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz with frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm. It operates on a supply voltage range of 1.62 V to 3.63 V, consuming 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, and includes standby mode with current as low as 0.6 µA. Startup time is 5 ms, and it is RoHS and REACH compliant. The part is applicable in consumer, networking, and storage devices, and meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 standards, with a maximum operating junction temperature of 95°C at 85°C ambient.
