The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator offering 52 frequency options between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz XO devices. It operates from -40°C to 85°C with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. The device supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, features LVCMOS/HCMOS output, and includes a standby mode with current as low as 0.6 μA.
