The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard-frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS-compatible output, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz-based XOs. It is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Operating from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, it supports 52 standard frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Typical current consumption is 3.5 mA at 1.8 V, and it features a 5 ms startup time and standby mode with current as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no lead, halogen, or antimony.
