The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator offering 52 fixed frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz XOs. It is available in industry-standard packages of 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device operates from -40°C to 85°C with a supply voltage range of 1.62 V to 3.63 V and draws 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. It features LVCMOS/HCMOS output, 5 ms startup time, standby mode reducing current to 0.6-4.3 µA, and ±20 ppm frequency stability over temperature and aging. It is RoHS, REACH, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free compliant with MSL1 solderability rating and meets MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 environmental standards.
