SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS output, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz-based XOs. It is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. Typical current consumption is 3.5 mA at 1.8 V. It features a 5 ms startup time, standby mode with current as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V, and RoHS, REACH, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free compliance. Jitter values are specified as low as 1.8 ps RMS and 12 ps peak-to-peak at 75 MHz. The part meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C reliability standards.
