SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It operates over a frequency range of 3.57 MHz to 77.76 MHz with frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm and an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The device supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, with typical current consumption of 3.5 mA at 1.8 V and 5 ms startup time. It includes standby mode with current as low as 0.6 µA and is offered in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. RoHS and REACH compliant, it meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
