The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator providing 52 fixed frequencies from 3.57 MHz to 77.76 MHz with LVCMOS output. It supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. Startup time is 5 ms, and standby current drops to 0.6 µA at 1.8 V. Frequency stability is ±20 ppm over temperature, supply, and aging. Available in industry-standard packages: 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. OE and ST pins enable output control and power savings. Complies with RoHS, REACH, MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1.
