SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator offering 52 frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz XOs. It supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. The device features LVCMOS/HCMOS output, 5 ms startup time, and standby mode with current as low as 0.6 µA. Available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Frequency stability is as low as ±20 ppm. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
