SiT1602B is a low-power, standard-frequency silicon MEMS oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS output, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz XOs. It supports 52 frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. The device is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It features standby mode with microamp-level current draw, 5 ms startup time, and ±20 ppm frequency stability inclusive of temperature, aging, and supply variations. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, and meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 standards.
